A one-semester course, this is an intensive elementary course for motivated beginners. The program stresses a content-based approach to language learning and is designed to help students develop interpretive, interpersonal and presentational communicative skills in Modern Hebrew while exploring key cultural perspectives and practices of Hebrew speakers all over the world. Students will spend three hours of classroom instruction and one hour working either individually or collaboratively in the language resource center.
