The LLS Resource Center (LLS/RC) is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a variety of resources that promote language learning and the study of other cultures. At the LLS/RC students have access to everything from Visual Reality glasses to the latest in pedagogical software. Here, students learn how to build e-portfolios that tell their personal stories and help them reflect on their language-learning journey. Native speakers and advanced learners of the various languages we teach are trained to serve as conversation partners as well as portfolio mentors; they are on hand to help or chat informally with students about the countries and cultures they represent. The Language Resource Center is a destination in itself, showcasing student projects and exhibits. Feel free to stop by the LLLRC located in Pardee Hall 418.
